We provide everything for long term staying in london
Students-Lodging.com - Long Term Stay

If you are going to stay in London for a long term (over 12 months), then a possibility is to sign a lease(contract) for the whole period. This is a contract with a landlord or rental agency which locks you into the one location/room for this time. In most cases bills are not included in this rate and there are large deposits and initial charges (sometimes over 1000 pounds) when you arrive.

This is the type of option that cannot be booked over the internet, as you will need to meet with the landlord or agent, to go through a lot of paperwork. Keep in mind that you are also liable for agency fees or commission on finding the property. We here at students-lodging do not have heavy commissions or high sales targets to reach like an agent does. We keep our principles simply and easy with no large contracts to read through - just what people have wanted - hassle free stays.

A lot of people have changed to students-lodging as they can have the flexibility to stay without getting into a contract situation. They only have to give fourteen (14) days notice and they can depart without any penalty.
